Welcome to Toulouse
As a young man, I spent many years working throughout Europe and I could never find food as exciting and comforting as the local flavors I discovered in Brussels, Belgium. Toulouse Cafe and Bar in Dallas was born from that love of French influenced Belgian Cuisine and the comfort of the neighborhood-style bistro. We have created a menu that reflects my experience using seasonal ingredients and classic dishes. I hope you find as much joy from them as I do.
