Welcome to Toulouse
The idea behind Toulouse dates back to my youth, when I lived and worked in Brussels. Toulouse is the expression of the dishes that I tasted back then and that never left my heart. The menu replicates the rich and classic French-influenced Belgian cuisine with a slightly modern twist that can please the most adventurous palates but also more traditional tastes.
Toulouse always manages to take me back in time to those days where I would have a plate of mussels and frites while looking at the people passing by on the sidewalk, I hope it will have the same effect on you.
