Last summer I spent a few weeks in France and had escargot for the first time. When I returned to Houston, I had it at Toulouse. Hands down it is better than any escargot I had in France. Perfectly cooked and swimming in butter! And Jana, our server, made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this dish to anyone who likes escargot. And if you've never had, you are missing out.
